Ken Todd and his wife Lisa Vanderpump from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" are selling their Beverly Hills restaurant, Villa Blanca.

Vanderpump's decision to sell comes less than a month after a Villa Blanca employee was awarded $100,000 for a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against Vanderpump and her restaurant, RadarOnline reports.

The employee is Karina Bustillos who sued Vanderpump back in April for failure to defend Bustillos, who allegedly complained to Vanderpump about getting sexually harassed by Villa Blanca manager at the time, Michael Govia.

In the lawsuit obtained by The Stir, Bustillos claims Govia "tried to kiss her, violently grabbed her wrists, and called her a profanity." When Bustillos presented the issue to Vanderpump, the 53 year-old reality TV star "refused to do anything about it," The Stir reported.

At the time of the pending lawsuit, TMZ reported that Vanderpump insisted she had no prior knowledge of any sexual harrassment going on in her restaurant. Vanderpump also claimed that there had been no past complaint filed against Govia by any member on her staff.

"Vanderpump says the manager in question has NEVER had a complaint filed against him and has worked for her for years. Finally Vanderpump says she fully investigated and there's no evidence the manager did anything wrong," reported TMZ.

But now that Vanderpump has lost the lawsuit, she has given real estate firm Hilton & Hyland the Villa Blanca listing to begin the process of looking for a buyer.

However, TMZ reports Vanderpump remains coy about the sale and insists, "...she merely wanted an appraisal because people have expressed interest in buying the joint."

There is no word yet on whether Vanderpump will sell her two additional restaurants SUR and PUMP, which RadarOnline reveals, are both crumbling due to Vanderpump's lack of management in running her restaurant businesses.
