Brazilian-born Rodrigo Alves will be heading to Colombia for another round of plastic surgery.

In an interview with Elenco magazine, Alves said he would be traveling to Colombia for a nose job, noted El Heraldo. Alves shared that he goes to Colombia because the surgeon is "very well qualified."

He also explained that the nose of his dream is smaller and symmetric. He added that plastic surgery helps him feel more "secure and confident" in himself.

His intention is not to look like Ken but to continue to look better.

"I just did my cheekbones and I have them higher and larger, like Sofia Vergara's," he said. "At home, I have a crystal machine for exfoliation, another to kill skin bacteria and boost collagen and another to whiten teeth."

Alves, 30, has spent more than $100,000, as of earlier this year. This includes six-pack and pec implants, botox fillers, calf shaping and liposuction.

One time a Brazilian doctor injected him with a gel that was supposed to make his arms looks more muscular. He ended up with an infection, which paralyzed him.

"On the second day I was left paralyzed in both arms," he said. "I was relying on my family to look after me. I was crying every, I was extremely depressed, it was very shocking. I would just pray and cry. It nearly got to the stage where they were talking about chopping my arm off. The doctors said if the bacteria had gone to my heart I would have died."

He started getting plastic surgery at 20 years old.

He was unhappy with his looks since childhood. He was teased about his nose.

"They said it was the biggest nose they'd ever seen," he said. "I hated my nose so much and when the swelling went down I was delighted with the results. From that moment on I was hooked."
