2K Sports has put fans on the edge of their seats with the latest trailer in advance of the anticipated Oct. 1 release of NBA 2K14.

The newest trailer features gameplay action and gives a sneak peek into the smoother motions we can expect to see in the 2K game that was once known as an arcade-like game. We've seen a boost in credibility in recent years as the 2K series improved graphics and became more realistic.

While previous trailers highlighted the new addition of European teams to the game, the most recent trailer hypes up the domestic American market by focusing on stars, most notably LeBron James.

The 2K Sports brand is looking to make LeBron the revolving theme of this year's game, with proof of this being in not only the trailers but in the King James Bonus Pack. The pack some bonus content for gamers on the "path to greatness" mode, offers 10,000 VC (virtual economy), and unlocks a special skill in My Career mode.

This gives fans even more reason to buy into the LeBron theme as they can get an edge into the full gaming experience.

In addition to the LeBron James theme, the Euroleague teams that will be mixed in will probably heavily influence the game. Fans of the European teams that will be featured in the game will have more interest and it could expand further into the global market.

According to the Euroleague website, 2K Sports signed a multi-year deal with the league; 14 Euroleague teams will be featured this year and perhaps we will see even more teams in the future.

The game will be available on Microsoft Windows, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
