Lupillo Rivera still feels the presence of his sister.

The singer revealed that he has been contacted by his sister in his dreams. He said that there have been three occasions where he's felt her guiding him.

"On three occasions I dreamt that she gave me her hand, and we both walked up to a stage," he said. "There she let my hand go and fell to the background. When I turned around, she was no longer there. I don't know if God revealed these dreams so that I could have tranquility, but I did find peace."

Lupillo has had a falling out with family members, and he decided to set the record straight about why he and Jenni drifted apart.

"There were always misunderstandings," he said. "But what separated us was business. The jobs we had and because we couldn't see each other frequently because of obligations; that's all it was."

He added that he doesn't feel like there's anything he needed to tell Jenni, as the two worked out their issues before her untimely death.

"I said many nice things to her, and in our last phone call as well," he said. "The one thing I'll always remember is how frustrating our last goodbye hug was. She felt weird. I let her go and I didn't look for her. I sensed something was wrong. That's something that I had never talked about."

Lupillo has proven to be one of the more controversial Riveras.

His brother, Juan Rivera, recently spoke about how he doubts he will reconcile with Lupillo.

"Truthfully, [a reconciliation] would be very difficult," Juan said. "Not because I have anger toward my brother because truthfully, I don't. And it's not because I resent him. I am not going to let negative things affect me. If my sister's accident didn't unite us, well, it would have to be a very strong blow to get us together."
