Two months after his death, Casey Kasem is finally to be buried.

His widow, Jean Kasem, has planned to move his body from Montreal to Oslo Norway, where he is to be buried, according to TMZ.

As of now, Jean Kasem has managed to avoid having a full autopsy done on Casey Kasem, but it may not even be necessary to charge her with elder abuse. The Santa Monica Police Department has proof that her choice to take him on a multi-state car ride contributed to his death. Casey got an infection that he wasn't able to recover from.

Detectives have interviewed doctors who examined Casey during the car ride, and the results don't look good for Jean Kasem.

Jean Kasem, who has roots in Norway, plans to move to the country by the end of the year. Casey "always said that Norway symbolizes peace and looks like heaven," she said. Jean Kasem said she is just carrying out his wishes.

Both Jean Kasem and her daughter, Liberty Kasem, petitioned to get his body buried in Norway.

Casey Kasem's other children, Kerri, Mike and Julie, are not happy about this move and are trying to figure out if Jean Kasem does have Norwegian heritage.

"She has been doing things like this her whole life, according to the children," Kerri Kasem's rep said. "Who takes a body to a place where he has allegedly never been? It makes no sense at all. They are obviously not happy about it, but what can they do?"

The children want his body buried in Glendale, California, because that is what he wanted, the rep said.

"They just want their dad to be buried where he wanted to be buried - Forest Lawn [in Glendale, California,]" the rep said. "They'd like to be able to visit him."
