Kourtney Kardashian is on the cover of Natural Health, and she reveals a little more about baby North West.

Kardashian explained how her children feel about North.

"They love her so much," she said. "I'm so happy that Penelope gets to grow up with a cousin close to her age too. They're less than a year apart. Kim asks me for advice a lot, but she's a great mom, very nurturing. It's nice to see how people do it differently. Our kids are all lucky to have many different people around to give them so much love."

The soon-to-be mother of three also shared her passion for organic food, which began after she had her children. Kardashian said that there wasn't awareness of organic food when she was growing up, and she would come home and snack on chips or cookies.

After breastfeeding both her children for more than a year and making their food, she became more interested in organic.

She quickly realized that many of the restaurants she would frequent did not serve organic food.

As her interest has grown, she has tried to maintain a balance between healthy and less healthy foods.

"We definitely make exceptions, like if we're at Disneyland," she said. "But we eat organic when we can, and I try to keep healthy food and snacks at home, where I have the most rules and restrictions. I saw my mom making meals for my kids, and i said, 'This is the cheese you use? This is the butter?' But I guess that's just part of going to Grandma's house."

It was through her yoga instructor that Kardashian learned how to be healthy. Now, she uses coconut oil and ghee for cooking. And she only uses whole milk and full-fat cheeses.
