The highly anticipated premiere of FX's "Sons of Anarchy" Season 7 is in less than three weeks and the hit outlaw motorcycle club series unveiled its finale air date, as well as the official companion book.

President Jackson "Jax" Teller (Charlie Hunnam) and his SAMCRO are set to take their final ride on Tuesday, Dec. 9. One day later, fans will be able to purchase a behind-the-scenes companion guide, "Sons of Anarchy: The Official Collector's Edition."

The special hardcover book will cover all seven seasons of "SOA," including special photographs, season overviews, cast interviews and stories behind soundtrack, props, costumes, makeup, prosthetics and tattoos. A glossary and a guide to the motorcycles used in the popular show will be included as well.

Also, creator Kurt Sutter penned an introduction for the upcoming 208-page book. "Anyone who is a true fan of 'Sons of Anarchy' needs this book. It's the perfect -- and only -- commemorative edition that captures the true spirit of the series," he said in a statement.

The premiere episode of the final season "Black Widower" is scheduled to be one hour and 45 minutes long and, immediately after, the network will air a post-show "Anarchy Afterward," hosted by Chris Fanjola from "Chelsea Lately."

As expected, the forthcoming Season 7 will be quite bloody. "People are dropping like flies, literally, every two seconds you're like, 'Oh, that person's gone,'" Theo Rossi, who plays biker club's hacker Juan Carlos "Juice" Ortiz, told E! News. "There's always a big clap-off it feels, every scene, every episode, somebody's leaving."

"Sons of Anarchy" Season 7 kicks off on Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX.
