It's time for Burning Man once again, so expect heavy traffic going in and out and around Black Rock Desert in Nevada.

People that have attended the annual festival say they have no words to describe the experience they've had during the 8-day festival. It's all about art and culture but that can take on many motifs and themes. It is not something for the timid and the shy because things become notoriously hip, bold and outrageous once the festival gets started.

According to SFGate blog, the highly-anticipated festival experienced an emergency closure on the first day due to a severe storm but hopes to progress as planned once the weather improves.

Burning Man is one of summer's most awaited festivals and this year's Burning Man Festival runs from Aug. 25 until Sept. 1 and once again, Black Rock Desert will be turned into Black Rock City.

Burning Man is not about big acts that perform on stage, contrary to other summer festivals. This festival is more about art, self-reliance, self-expression and community spirit. Still, music is a big part of the festival. So here's the line-up, according to a blog post from Less Than 3:

There is a theme for each day of the festival -- eclectic, progressive, trance, house, psy and techno, for Monday through Saturday.

Monday: Brian Williams, DJ Dan, Jolo, Travis T, TMI, and Dutch

Tuesday: Fehrplay, Secret Squirrel, Dave Seaman, and Hernan Cattaneo & Nick Warren

Wednesday: Brian Williams, Seb Fontaine, Paul Oakenfield, Above & Beyond, and Markus Schulz

Thursday: Zen Freeman, Secret Squirrel, Funkagenda, Sander van Doorn, Tom Swoon, and Disfunktion

Friday: Tokujoros, Animato, Pixel, Astrix, Juno Reactor, and Magnus

Saturday: Sydney Blue, Secret Squirrel, Dutch, James Hannan, Marco Bailey, and Chris Liebing

Aside from music, the festival is more than just one big party. People attending the event are expected to follow the rules of the event, which include acting in a positive manner, volunteering and giving something of themselves to others. Whether that is sharing and dispensing cups of herbal tea to people wandering around, doing some experimental art, dancing, body painting, or donating time and a bit of cash to support a project, it is all about learning how to be good to the environment by leaving no trace and how to be a good member of the Burning Man Community (BRC) so it can continue to exist in the future.
