After showing off his rekindled romance with on-and-off girlfriend Selena Gomez on Monday night, Justin Bieber is reportedly under investigation for several crimes.

The pop star couple was on their fun dinner date at Dave & Buster's, where they quickly became surrounded by photography flashes. "People started taking pictures, but the security they were with blocked most of the pics and shined lights in the direction of the picture, making the pictures not come out," an eyewitness revealed to Hollywood Life. "Then, some security went up to select people taking pictures and told them to stop taking pictures, or they would have them kicked out of the restaurant."

The eyewitness added that one particular fan ended up getting into an altercation with Bieber: "One guy kept going for it and took pictures and got close to Justin. Justin turned to the guy and said something to him and before there was any altercation, the security team led Justin and Selena out of the building."

Moreover, law enforcement sources told TMZ that the Canadian singer lunged at the man, trying to get his cellphone to presumably delete the photos and videos of the pair he took. However, he was held back by his security team and left with Gomez before the police arrive at the scene.

The man reportedly wants to press charges against the singer, who is now being investigated for crimes, including attempted battery, attempted robbery for trying to take the cellphone, as well as attempted theft for stealing the images and footages.

Justin Bieber is already on probation regarding an egging case from last year. If the investigation turns out to be his fault, then he could possibly face jail time due to a probation violation.
