Islamic State militants released another propaganda war video on Thursday featuring the beheading of one of their captured victims.

In the video, titled "A message in blood to the leaders of the American-Kurdish alliance," a Kurdish fighter is ruthlessly killed by the infamous Iraqi terrorist group known as ISIS.

The video was published as a warning to Iraqi Kurdish leaders to end their military ties with the U.S.

The three-minute video begins showing 15 alleged Kurdish "Peshmerga" hostages in orange jumpsuits standing around the ISIS flag.

Three of the men ask the Kurdish regional president Massud Barzani "and the Kurdish government to end their relationship with the US ... military intervention in northern Iraq", the SITE Intelligence Group monitoring service said, according to The Guardian.

"Any mistake or recklessness from you will lead to the [loss] of our life," said one of the men.

The video then jumps to three masked militants standing in front of a mosque while another man in an orange jumpsuit is kneeling and then beheaded.

"This video aims at instilling fear in the heart of the American street, to object to Obama's new policy in Iraq and Syria, as much as instilling terror in the heart of the Kurds, who stand as the only effective Iraqi force in combating The Islamic State," said Laith Alkhouri, a senior analyst at New York-based intelligence consulting firm Flashpoint Global Partners, according to NBC News. "Though it's not different from [ISIS's] modus operandi, it's unique in the fact that the beheaded individual is a Kurd; unlike most recent beheadings, who've mostly been Sunnis, Shiites and Westerners."

Last week, ISIS released a video of the beheading of American journalist James Foley.

Foley was reporting on the civil war in northern Syria in November 2012 when he was kidnapped by the infamous Iraqi terrorist group known as the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, reports the New York Daily News.

The militants in the video, titled "A Message to #America (from the #IslamicState)," said the beheading was retribution for recent U.S. airstrikes in Iraq. They also threatened to kill another American journalist who is currently trapped in captivity.
