Eiza Gonzalez's weight has been a subject of fascination lately.

Recently, the actress was seen with a fuller bust, and Gonzalez explained it was because she had gained weight. She even explained that the added weight made her feel curvier and happier.

An article explained that Gonzalez has been discussed more for her weight than for her work, and the actress quickly Tweeted it.

"Eiza exemplifies the success of Latinas who little by little open the doors on an international level thanks to her work with well-known directors, such as Robert Rodriguez," the Actitud Fem article said. "However, instead of recognizing her merits, the only thing they do is criticize whether the actress has cellulite or not."

In a very simple Tweet, Gonzalez sided with the writer of the article. She wrote on Twitter that this is news people should be spreading, and not the negative ones.

Before she came to the United States, she faced eating disorder rumors, especially when she filmed the telenovela "Amores Verdaderos."

At the time, Gonzalez stood up for herself and explained how damaging these rumors were.

"Talking about anorexia is very important to me, but I worry about people's bullying," she said at the time. "I don't care what you say to me, and it makes me laugh what you write about me. But for a person that does suffer from anorexia, if you attack them and tell them that they are sick, you can hurt them."

Regardless of her size, Gonzalez has proven to feel comfortable in her own skin. She also admits that there was a time when she wasn't making best choices.

"I have hips that I didn't have before," she said. "I feel more like a woman. I also grew. Obviously, I went through a time when I thought it was cooler to be skinnier, and I lost a lot of weight."
