Hollywood's golden couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie tied the knot Aug. 23 in an intimate ceremony in France -- now they are making a pretty penny from the photos!

The movie stars got paid a reported $5 million from HELLO! and People magazines for exclusive pictures of their big day. Images included the couple on the big day, Angie's dress and family pictures with their six children.

"Each [publication] paid $2.5 million for a selection of wedding pictures from Brad and Angelina's wedding," a source said to RadarOnline.com. "HELLO! has the international rights to the pictures. Before the wedding, Brad and Angie personally chose a photographer they had worked with from Getty Images for the wedding."

However, Brangelina didn't take their earnings to the bank; instead they donated the whopping amount to charity, mostly to their Maddox Jolie Pitt Foundation, which supports various humanitarian projects around the world.

"Brad and Angelina knew there would be tremendous interest in their wedding pictures, and decided to donate the money to their charitable foundation," the source said. "The couple has done this numerous times in the past."

In 2008 with the birth of their twins, Vivienne and Knox, the couple was paid $14 million to publish photographs of the children.

Angelina's wedding dress, an Atelier Versace gown, was the focus of attention from the wedding. Luigi Massi, the master tailor at the fashion house, helped with the design of the dress and veil, which included dozens of hand-sewn drawings from the children -- Maddox, 13, Pax, 10, Zahara, 9, Shiiloh, 8, and the twins, 6.

"Luigi is like family to me and I couldn't imagine anyone else making this dress," Jolie said in People magazine. "He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together."

On how the day went, the couple told HELLO! magazine "it was important to us that the day was relaxed and full of laughter. It was such a special day to share with our children and a happy time for our family."
