A truck driver is saying that Miranda Cosgrove is lying about her 2011 injuries.

In August 2011, Cosgrove was on a tour bus, which slammed into a tractor-trailer that was on the highway, notes TMZ.

Cosgrove said she was "disfigured and disabled" in the lawsuit. There were five other passengers on the bus, and the actress said her broken ankle made her have to cancel her tour.

"At the time, we are told everyone will be fine," Cosgrove's spokesperson said at the time.

The lawsuit didn't describe what the injuries were, but it named the tour bus driver, the truck driver and the transportation company as not taking the necessary precautions.

The truck driver is saying that the $184,490.16 medical bill has been exaggerated. He questioned whether or not the bill is just from injuries sustained from the accident, and he added that he doesn't believe that the crash made her lose out on a sponsorship with Neutrogena.

"Miranda's mom was on the bus with her and got really beaten up by the crash," a source said to People. "She's expected to fully recover, but it's scary because the driver was hurt, too, and he's in really bad shape."

Cosgrove was very shaken up by the accident.

She had been sleeping in the front of the bus on a couch when it happened. People who were in the back of the bus were not injured.

A piece of the tractor-trailer went into the bus through the windshield, and it "sliced all the way through" the driver's arm.

At the time, Cosgrove took to Twitter to thank her fans for their support.

According to the Daily Mail, Cosgrove was the second highest-paid child star on TV. In 2010, she was earning $180,000 per episode of iCarly.
