A former middle school teacher pleaded guilty after allegedly giving her 15-year-old student a lap dance in the middle of class.

Felicia A. Smith, 42, who was charged with felony in April and posted a $30,000 bond, admitted her inappropriate action to police, claiming that her class at Stovall Middle School in Houston, Texas "convinced her to do it" for the teenager's birthday back in February.

The boy told police that Smith placed a chair in the classroom full of students and music began playing at the beginning of his third period class. His classmates then began yelling for him to sit down, and when he did, the teacher began dancing on him.

He added that he actually became aroused as Smith rubbed her hands and butt against his body, even allowing him to slap her butt, during her four-minute performance. According to the court records, his teacher ended the "full contact lap dance" by getting on her knees, placing her head between his legs and saying, "I love you baby, happy birthday."

Also, Smith told police she remembered "circling the student while he was sitting in the chair and losing her balance a few times, which made the students laugh."

Felicia A. Smith's lap dance was reportedly captured on camera. Although she won't be facing a jail time, she will spend three years on probation.

Shortly after the improper incident, the Aldine Independent School District said in a statement, "The safety and security of our students will continue to be a top priority in Aldine ISD."
