Nintendo has just announced that during an upcoming live streaming event, they will be unveiling the "Super Smash Bros." final Nintendo 3DS version.

The event will be hosted by Treehouse, which is a division of Nintendo.

The event will last for eight hours and on Sept. 12 the gameplay will be streamed on the company's Twitch channel. There will also be other games that are coming to the 3DS and Wii U.

The announcement should mean that "Super Smash Bros." will be released as expected on Sept. 13 in Japan and on Oct. 3 in Europe and the United States. The version for Wii U is supposed to be developing in time for its holiday season release.

Gamers are eager to find out the character reveals during the live streaming, since there are still some unannounced characters that were leaked two weeks ago and only one confirmation. The withholding of additional information now works very well for Nintendo, as it increases interest and anticipation.

The announcement of the reveal for the new games was included in the invitation released by Nintendo when it said that they would first be covering upcoming games for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U before they showed the final version of the "Super Smash Bros." game for Nintendo 3DS live via their 8-hour stream through the Twitch channel.

The question remains: which games are to be revealed during the live stream. Some of these might be unannounced Wii U or 3DS titles that will most likely be released sometime in 2015. There might also be a new Zelda game designed to push the sales of Wii U or a revisiting of Pokemon through Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby.
