Charlie Sheen may not have been on "Two and a Half Men" for about three years now, but he recently said he'd like a second chance on the show.

"The chances would be 100 percent," Sheen said to E! News regarding a return to the series. "If they want to do it."

But it doesn't mean it's a done deal.

Sheen has not contacted the producers of the show, and there have not been any discussions about him possibly returning.

But it hasn't stopped him from having ideas on what he thinks the show should be like.

"I just want to do it classy," he said. "I want to do it in a way that still services what the show is today, and also honors what it was when I was there. Who knows? I'm sure they are over there right now, pen to paper, trying to figure something out. If it's not done properly, then there is no reason to do it."

Sheen added that the writers are smart and that they could certainly figure it out.

The actor was fired from the show after he spoke badly about executive producer Chuck Lorre and CBS. He also ended up suing Lorre and Warner Bros. TV.

A few weeks ago, Sheen made the news for tipping a waiter that was stiffed by Eagles running back LeSean McCoy. The actor tweeted that he would give $1,000 to the server.

The athlete had given the waiter only 20 cents. A source said that McCoy was upset with the service he received.

In June, Sheen was quoted as saying that he believed Rob Ford could make a comeback.

He said that becoming mayor proved that Ford had it in him and that rehab would be helpful for him. He added that he thought the two would get along well.

"He seems like a good man," Sheen said. "He's tough as nails from what I can tell."
