While making a concert stop in Texas for the sold-out "Drake vs. Lil Wayne" joint tour over the weekend, the Toronto emcee revealed that his highly publicize relationship with Rihanna could have worked if he danced as good as his former love rival Chris Brown.

The YMCMB duo's "Street Fighter"-inspired show at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion in Woodlands on Sept. 27 turned into an impromptu dance battle. Weezy first bust out a move to his verse off Brown's summer smash hit "Loyal." "I just been listening to too much lately, I just had to do it," he said after taking his shot.

Drizzy then responded to his mentor and frequent collaborator by showing off his popping and locking dance skills. "Maybe I should've brought that sh*t out earlier," he said. "Maybe I could've made that sh*t work a little better with Rihanna."

It seems that the infamous love rivals are now on good terms, as Drake is able to look back on the past and joke about it.

Meanwhile, Breezy, who is celebrating the successful release of his sixth studio album "X," recently discussed his currently relationship status with RiRi. "We're friends," he told Entertainment Tonight. "Nothing too serious ... We're not trying to start a life together right now, we're just having fun."

Chris Brown also addressed the speculation that "Drunk Texting" off his new LP was written about Rihanna. "Oh no, not at all," he said. "I think that's just the fans' perception or the media's perception at all times because of our history. But whenever we do music, people can make the assumption and that's fine because if they buy more because they think that, then go ahead and buy a thousand copies!"

"But as far as me writing and going into that, I don't really try to put my focus on Rihanna every song," he added. "At the end of the day it's almost six, seven years later. It's like, how many more times am I going to talk about the same situation?"
