Celebrity couple Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher announced they have welcomed their first child -- a baby girl -- to the world.

Sources confirmed to TMZ that Kunis went into labor Tuesday morning and arrived at Cedars-Sinai hospital at around 6 a.m. The Los Angeles hospital is one preferred by various celebrities, explains the gossip site.

Only Kunis, 31, and her fiancé, 36-year-old Kutcher, arrived alone without an entourage or family and were placed immediately in a delivery room. Kunis finally gave birth Tuesday night, explained TMZ's sources.

According to People, sources close to the couple say, "She's here and healthy," referring to Kunis. The actress, who has voiced Meg on "Family Guy" since the show's inception had told Ellen DeGeneres that she planned to have an epidural-free birth.

"The hospital that I'm going to be laboring in does a midwife, you know, doula type of thing," she said. "I'm going to do it as all natural as I possibly can unless there's an emergency or something that should go wrong. I did this to myself, I might as well just do it right. I wanted this!"

The actress got engaged to the "Two and Half Men" actor back in February. The couple has been together since April 2012, though they could have started dating earlier. Now, the couple has welcomed their first child into the world.

The New York Daily News reports that the couple had been seen around Los Angeles scrambling to prepare for the baby's impending arrival. Kunis was seen with friends going to Target, undoubtedly to buy baby paraphernalia, and Kutcher had posted photos of toys he had bought. Although many can be considered "boy" toys, the couple knew they were having a girl.

The couple has yet to release any information on their new arrival, including her name, but that will come with time.
