"Yo Soy El Artista" continued its elimination in a hangar.

In the previous week, many contestants were eliminated, and a few started being accepted into the artist's school.

The remaining contestants had two more challenges to complete to get into the top 20, which would then be eliminated again to make it into the artist's school. The first challenge was acting, so the hopefuls met with acting expert Laura Flores. The finalists were given roles, and they had to improvise while up on stage. The exercise proved that some were easily able to transform into different characters, but others needed much more practice.

The next challenge saw the contestants testing out their dance skills. All managed to learn the choreography, but all were not comfortable. Poty Castillo was the choreographer, and learning the new dance was an hours long affair. The contestants ended up dancing in pairs, and Castillo was really energizing them.

After a long day, the contestants waited for Olga Tañon to pick the top 20 finalists. Sharin, Hassan, Jenilca, Pablo, Aaron and Stefania were the first 6 picked.

After the top 20 were picked, the contestants awaited to see who was going to be in the final 14 and on their way to the artist's school. Alonso, Millio, Jometh, Chatelle, Ronny, Diana and Natalie were eliminated, and they took their bags and left.

When Wendy, David, John and Reyna were called up, they had to persuade their fellow contestants to save one person.

"This is an incredible experience what I have lived here, and I would give my place for any of them," David said. "I care for all of them."

Each of the others who remained also defended themselves. Lucero was very moved by all of the messages, and John, who received 10 votes, was saved.

The audience, who hasn't played a big role until now, gets the final say on who goes to the artist's school. Viewers are supposed to vote for Sharin, Felix Gabriel or Jenilca for the 14th spot.
