Mike WiLL Made-It has taken over the game: on September 24, he released the music video for "23" from his album, "Est. in 1989 Pt. 3, which featured guest appearances by rappers Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J and Miley Cyrus. The visual also includes a cameo from Birdman.

The video evidently is an homage to NBA basketball legendary Michael Jordan and his timeless Jordan Sneakers line. Also, Mike WiLL describes the storyline of his MV, which is staged in a high school setting,

"It's like a school setting. It's like a pep-rally, a school scene... The video is like, I go in, I take over the school, trick the principal and start playing '23' over the intercom. The whole school is turnt up. Everybody just starts going ham."

Starring in the Michael Jordan-inspired video, "We Can't Stop" singer Miley Cyrus definitely caught most attention by revealing a lot of skin and showing off her rhyming skills.

One of the scenes in the video is where Miley Cyrus is in the bathroom, smoking a cigarette and writing #23 on a mirror with her red lipstick. What makes the music video so unforgettable is due to her skin-revealing, provocative outfit: She sports Chicago Bulls jersey turned bikini in team colors, red and black, and a white high school varsity jacket that says "Miley" on the sleeve, and of course, she comfortably rocks "J's on her feet."

The cross-genre pop star Miley Cyrus raps, ""Drinking out the bottle / I got no respect / Looking like a model / Who just got a check / I back it up 'cause I don't give a f**k / If you a lame that's a shame you can't hang out with us."

Her "bad girl" rebellious image is completed when she (once again) twerks on producer Mike WiLL Made-It, while wearing a cutout mini dress.

Mike WiLL produced eight tracks on Miley Cyrus' upcoming album "Bangerz," which is schedule to be released on October 8.
