Welcome to another edition of "Fantasy Football Friday."

As we all know, there's no other position as important as the quarterback for getting you fantasy points. The quarterback can make or break your Fantasy team each week. It's all about finding the right match-up so you can win your league.

The best and worst quarterback options for Week 12 are listed below:

Start

Aaron Rodgers

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been on a tear lately. Rodgers has thrown an interception in just one of his last nine games and has nine touchdowns to zero interceptions in his last two games. This week, Rodgers will face the Minnesota Vikings, and you can bet Rodgers will put up huge fantasy numbers against his NFC North rival. Not only is Rodgers a threat through the air, but he can score on the ground as well giving you instant fantasy points.

Andrew Luck

Andrew Luck is an easy lock for Week 12 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Coming off a loss to the New England Patriots, you can bet Luck will bounce back against the 1-9 Jaguars. The Jaguars rank 26th in pass defense this season, and Luck always has his way against the Jaguars. In Week 3, Luck threw four touchdowns and zero interceptions against the Jaguars in a 44-17 victory on the road. This time, the game is in Indianapolis.

Philip Rivers

With the Kansas City Chiefs losing to the Oakland Raiders and the Denver Broncos losing two of their last three games, the San Diego Chargers have to take advantage of his opportunity. Philip Rivers and the Chargers will face the St. Louis Rams in Week 12 at home in San Diego. The Rams currently rank 19th overall in pass defense and have allowed 14 passing touchdowns. Rivers had a good game against the Raiders last week, and a win against the Rams would put the Chargers back in playoff contention.

Bench

Peyton Manning

It may sound crazy, but this might not be a favorable match-up. Manning and the Denver Broncos face the Miami Dolphins in Week 12. The Dolphins have won four of their last five games and have had the best defense in the NFL over the last month. The Dolphins pass defense now ranks No. 2 in the NFL, only behind the Kansas City Chiefs. Manning and the Broncos will most likely get the win, but don't expect Manning to put his usual stat line.

Russell Wilson

As good as Russell Wilson is and can be, it's probably better to start a different quarterback in Week 12. The Seahawks will be hosting the Arizona Cardinals, who have the best record (9-1) in the NFL this year. The game will be played in Seattle, but Pete Carroll and the Seahawks offense will most likely try to establish the run with Marshawn Lynch at the line of scrimmage. Controlling the ball is usually the best way to defeat the Cardinals.

Robert Griffin III

It's been a rough season for RG3 and the Washington Redskins. The Redskins have been rotating quarterbacks like most teams switch running backs. Griffin is now 1-3 as the Redskins starter this season and postgame press conference seem to out shadow his performance on the field. Griffin has two touchdowns and three interceptions this season, and his rushing yards per game have dropped dramatically. He hasn't scored a single rushing touchdown since his rookie season. Facing the San Francisco 49ers on the road won't be an easy task.
