On Friday, Nov. 21, actor and celebrity photographer Lance Gross took to Instagram to share a glimpse at life with his first child -- a baby girl -- that he and his fiancee, Rebecca Jefferson, named Berkeley Brynn Gross, Essence reports.

In the touching black and white photo, we see baby Gross' hand wrapped around her dad's finger. Lance captioned the photo with the roman numerals "XI.XX.MMXIV," which Essence suggests most likely represents the date, Nov. 20, 2014, on which baby Berkeley was born.

The following day, Lance posted another Instagram photo taken by his fiancee of himself cradling his newborn baby in his arms.

In the photo's caption, Lance compares the birth of his newborn child as feeling as though he "was born again."

Jefferson also took part in the photo sharing festivities with her own Instagram photo that she posted on Nov. 22 of herself cradling baby Berkeley in her arms.

 in. LOVE...the end.

Prior to the birth of baby Berkeley, Gross and Jefferson have not been shy about expressing their excitement over Jefferson's pregnancy. Essence reports that both Gross and Jefferson have documented her pregnancy on Instagram. Check out some of Jefferson's pregnancy photos below.

Gross also shared his excitement over fatherhood during a past interview with MadameNoire.

"I'm in a good place. I feel good. I'm excited," he said. "I'm ready to bring this child into the world and spoil 'em. ... My parents taught me well so I just want to share some of the things they taught me with my child."

Gross and Jefferson first announced her pregnancy back in July with an Instagram post where Gross professed his love for Jefferson and his excitement toward the birth of their baby girl.
