Competition between women may exist in the entertainment industry, but not for Belinda and Ximena Navarrete.

The two Mexican women joined forces for Marie Claire Mexico and Latin America's December cover. The images featured Belinda and Navarrete in military-inspired clothing. On the cover, the women wear dark green and pieces of clothing and dark lipstick.

Marie Claire describes the two as "references of Mexican beauty and talent."

Though an interview has yet to be released, El Diario said the two talked about friendship, rivalry between women and the lessons they have learned from being in the industry.

Keeping up with this theme, Belinda shared a picture of herself with Navarrete on Instagram, where she was nothing but supportive of Navarrete.

"Incredible photos thanks @marieclaire_ and the fashion team @lichleon @alvmontm @ariadnegrant and my @ximenanr #GirlPower," she said.

This theme also has a touch of inspiration from the military, but it is more subtle. There are a few more feminine details included, such as the slit in Belinda's skirt, but the overall looks remain authoritative.

Navarrete also shared a picture of the two from the photoshoot. All she said was, "baby !!!!" in the caption.

In that image, the two wear burgundy.

This is not the first time that the two have teamed up.

Navarrete was featured in Belinda's music video for "I Love You... Te Quiero." The two channeled Old Hollywood, especially Marilyn Monroe and Greta Garbo, in the video.

"They were two of my biggest inspirations for hairstyles, for outfits, for the movement toward the cameras," she said. "I'm very excited. It's a video that I think is a risk. I've never done something like that. I always like to take risks with videos and this video, personally, I think is a challenge."
