Detective Nick Burkhardt will become desperate to get his Grimm powers back after Monroe and Rosalee become the targets of a Wesen hate group in the next all-new episode of NBC's "Grimm" on Friday.

Since Nick lost his powers, he's tussled back-and-forth with his desire to live a somewhat normal life or become a Grimm once again. However, now he seems more determined than ever to regain his powers.

In a sneak peek video from the upcoming episode, entitled "Highway of Tears," Juliette agrees to transform into Adalind and sleep with Nick in order for him to get his powers back. After Juliette gives her consent for him to become a Grimm, Nick asks her is she is sure about her decision.

"I'm only going to ask you this once: Do you mean what you just said about me being a Grimm?" Nick asks, in the video published on Zap2it.

"Is that what you want?" Juliette asks in reply.

Nick then pauses and responds with an affirmative: "Yes."

"Then it's what I want, too," says Juliette.

The video then cuts to Monroe, who is infuriated after a hate group left a burning wolfsangel on his lawn in order to intimidate him and his wife Rosalee. Rosalee explains to Nick and Hank that the organization considers inter-Wesen marriage to be a "crime against man and nature."

Another promo suggests that Nick and Hank will try to stop a breed of Wesen who use their tongues to choke people into silence, and then bury their victims alive as a part of an ancient ritual.

According to Carter Matt, NBC issued a synopsis about the episode, which states:

"The justification for Nick (David Giuntoli) to become a Grimm again is made much clearer in the wake of the most recent attack against Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner).

"At work, Nick and Hank (Russell Hornsby) are called to a stretch of highway that acts as a staging area for a horrifying Wesen ritual.

"In Vienna, Viktor (guest star Alexis Denisof) meets with a completely broken Adalind (Claire Coffee), now ready to be of assistance in finding and retrieving the baby. Meanwhile, Trubel (guest star Jacqueline Toboni) is surprised by the sudden arrival of an old friend."

Season 4 Episode 6 of "Grimm," "Highway of Tears," premieres on NBC on Friday, Nov. 28, at 9 p.m. ET.
