Melissa McCarthy will break off from acting and pursue another passion of hers: fashion. The "Bridesmaids" actress will start her own clothing line that will includes all women's sizes. Though she did not provide many details, the clothing line will hit stores next year.

According to the New York Post, McCarthy, 44, will launch the yet unnamed clothing line during the fall of 2015. McCarthy believes the fashion industry disregards a group of women and does not cater to their tastes and aims to change that.

In an interview with Women's Wear Daily, the "Molly and Mike" actress explained her reasons for wanting to start the clothing line, joining a growing list of Hollywood personalities-turned-fashion designers.

"[I've been] every size on the planet," McCarthy said. "I have experience dressing me as a 6, a 12 and more. And when you go above a size 12, you don't lose your love of fashion."

Wondering why she never found "great stuff," McCarthy decided to start her own clothing line, teaming up with Sunrise Brands.

The clothing line will begin with moderately priced casual sportswear and will branch into more upscale styles, accessories and beauty products in 2016 and 2017.

"I'd been looking for two, three, maybe four years for manufacturers to help us do this line," McCarthy explained. "But after we met with Sunrise, we felt they were committed to changing the plus-size game."

McCarthy said that she is not just doing plus sizes, because "it's a strange thing to stop at a certain size.

"Women don't, so why should clothes?" she continued.

The actress also explained that she always wanted to pursue fashion. McCarthy even attended the Fashion Institute of Technology until friend and designer Brian Atwood convinced her to do stand up. Now, she is jumping at the chance to return to her passion.

Outfits in the new line will range in price from $39 for some tops to $118 for certain bottoms.
