FX hit miniseries "American Horror Story: Freak Show" will feature a new character in the next episode Wednesday. Actor Michael Chiklis who stars in the series says he still gets scared during the taping.

The 51-year-old actor told People Magazine that "he has to read the scripts during the day, finds solace in playing his beloved drums, and a few other things."

He said the show always makes him nervous.

"It's just completely unnerving. I have to read the scripts during the day. Angela [Bassett] makes fun of me; she's like, 'You did "The Shield" - what are you all nervous about?' And I'm like, 'Yeah, but there wasn't a psycho clown stabbing people!'"

A new character named Ima played by newcomer Chrissy Metz appears to be one of the "freaks." In a picture released, the freak show ringleader is pampering Ima while she sits at a table filled with food in front of her at the main tent.

More suspicions will grow in the next episode as Ethel remains alert around Elsa because of the recent disappearances. She's keeping a close eye on Elsa after her attempt at getting rid of Bette and Dot.

Ethel also overheard Elsa and Stanley talking about either mercy killing the twins or sending them to Chicago.

The camp is still in the dark on who killed Ma Petite, although we know Del killed Ma Petite for Stanley.

"American Horror Story" next episode will show Gloria making an effort to contain rich boy Dandy's bloodlust as well after he went on a killing spree.

It is not clear on where the new character Ima would fit in with all the chaos but viewers will get a clear view by the ninth or 10th episode.

Episode eight is titled "Blood Bath" and will air Wednesday Dec. 3.
