Eminem will release his latest music video for his single "Survival" today at 1 p.m.

The rapper announced the news via his Facebook and Twitter pages late Monday night.

"The video for #Survival is coming tomorrow at 1pm ET, but for now you can finally get the song on iTunes!" Eminem posted on his Twitter page.

It is possible that the music video was shot in Detroit, Eminem's hometown. Marc Labelle, Eminem's road manager, uploaded photos onto social media sites that led fans to believe that the video for "Survival" was being filmed in Detroit.

Labelle uploaded a picture of an abandoned car with the caption "Detroit urban decay video shoot" onto his Instagram page in September. Labelle also uploaded a picture of the Call of Duty logo spray painted on what appears to be wood. This is of significance since "Survival" is also to be featured in the Call of Duty: Ghosts video game.

Labelle also uploaded pictures of Devin Webster, a drummer from Eminem's tour, and Curt Chambers, one of Eminem's guitarists, onto his page.

Similar to some of his past singles, "Survival" is themed around perseverance against obstacles. The song is characterized by the do-or-die attitude fans have grown to associate with Marshall Mathers, as well as a splash of his comical writing styles.

"And if there should ever come a time where my life's in a rut/And I look like I might just give up, eh you might've mistook/Me for bowing out I ain't taking a bow, I'm stabbing myself/With a fucking knife in the gut, while I'm wiping my butt/ Cause I just shitted on the mic, and like getting cut," Eminem raps casually atop of hard beats.

Eminem's latest album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, is expected to be released Nov. 5, the same day as Call of Duity: Ghosts. A video for "Berzerk," another single from the album, has already been released.
