On Saturday, Dec. 20, Nicki Minaj posted a series of tweets aimed at her ex-boyfriend, Safaree Samuels, but they have since been deleted, Us Weekly reports.

In the tweets, Minaj suggests that Samuels has threatened to blackmail her since the couple's recent breakup and chose fame over their relationship.

"Anything you don't appreciate will be taken. God sees your ungrateful evil soul. I gave and gave and gave," she writes. "Threatening me? Blackmail? Jump," she continued. "30K watch the night my cousin was killed on the street like a dog. More than rappers. But it was never enough. Don't make me. Too much love."

Minaj then continues, "Wanted fame. I gave u my blessing. I still love. I still love. I still love. I'll always love. So disappointed. Told u It was the wrong move. I sheltered and protected u for years. Loyal for years."

Us Weekly reports that Samuels later caught wind of Minaj's tweets and fired back with his own series of tweets slamming the " The Pinkprint" rapper for allegedly having "0 respect" for him throughout their relationship and for publicly humiliating him following their breakup.

The initial cause of Minaj and Samuels' Twitter beef still remains unknown, Us Weekly reports.

However, Minaj's online rant against Samuels might come as a surprise to her fans since Minaj recently spoke with Power 105.1 's Angie Martinez about still missing Samuels despite their breakup.

"This is somebody I grew up with," she revealed. "Like, I don't even know how I'm going to function without that person in my life. I never lived my life as a famous person without him. I don't think people realize it's not just a breakup, that was a humongous part of my life."

TMZ reports that Samuels also revealed his struggle to get over Minaj particularly because of her worldwide fame and success.
