Many Latinos start celebrating Christmas on Dec. 24, which is known as Noche Buena. Though traditions differ from one Latin American country to another, the night is about being surrounded by loved ones.

Here's how your favorite stars spent Noche Buena.

Alejandra Espinosa's New Year's Eve was delightful as she watched her nephews dance to "El Burrito de Belen," a classic Christmas song in Spanish.

She said, "Somebody is having too much fun!! #Hahaha #NocheBuena #nephews #family #loveThem"

Ana Brenda Contreras was born on Christmas Eve, so she celebrated both her birthday and Christmas on the same day. She shared a picture of herself blowing out the candles of her cake.

Julian Gil showed off his drink-making skills. He shared a video of himself making coquito, and he said he was ready to party Puerto Rican style.

Gaby Espino posed next to her very red tree and wished her fans a great holiday as well.

Chiquis Rivera didn't think Christmas Eve was an excuse to skip out on gym time. 

She posted a picture of herself wearing sweats, and though, she said she ignored the "lazy girl who lives inside" who said to just eat tamales, she wasn't going to deprive herself either.

"Secret: I'm [still] gonna have one two, but at least I won't feel as guilty!" she said.

Carmen Villalobos may have been away from her brother for Christmas Eve, but she wasn't disconnected from him. She shared an image of herself talking to her brother.

"From Israel, connecting with my little brother..." she said. "We adore you so muchhhhhh!!!! Merry Christmas."

James Rodriguez posted a simple message, where he addressed his followers.

"Thank you for your good wishes," he said. "Merry Christmas to all at home!"
