Lil Wayne's highly anticipated "Tha Carter V" album might feature Migos, as they recently collaborated on a new track or two.

The New Orleans emcee and the Atlanta trio partied at LIV Nightclub in Miami on Dec. 28, 2014, when Quavo, Offset and Takeoff were scheduled to perform at the venue:

Wayne is reportedly willing to take legal action against his YMCMB label and its CEO Birdman if they do not release his latest project soon. Last month, the "Grindin" rapper took to social media to express his frustrations with his label and Baby, blaming them for his upcoming record's numerous delays.

TMZ then reported that he was "threatening to drag [Birdman] and Cash Money into court, if they don't drop his album now." According to a source close to the feud, "Wayne has issued a simple ultimatum, in writing" to either "release 'Tha Carter V' pronto," or "he will sue to leave Cash Money altogether."

The source added Lil Tunechi is not speaking to Birdman, claiming the "Believe Me" hitmaker is "only focused on the album. When and if that gets done, he'll worry about fixing the friendship ... if that's even possible now."

In addition, Wayne is currently working on a new mixtape "Sorry 4 the Wait 2," ahead of his "Tha Carter V" album release. He previously offered fans the first "Sorry 4 the Wait" project as an apology for keeping them waiting for "Tha Carter IV" album to be released. Lil Wayne's longtime friend Fee Banks hinted via Instagram a sequel to Weezy's 2011 mixtape might be on its way, referencing the title in the caption.
