Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao still have not come to terms for a super fight.

Many fans are worried because the two camps are always disagreeing. However, with neither Mayweather or Pacquiao having a scheduled fight for 2015, numerous fans believe talks are getting serious.

This will be the final year that both Mayweather and Pacquiao are still in great condition for a super-fight.

With that being said, here are a few reasons why Mayweather and Pacquiao will face each other in 2015, and why they won't:

Why They Will Get in the Ring

Mayweather's Legacy

Mayweather needs this fight. Forget about his perfect 47-0 career record. Muhammad Ali lost five matches, Joe Frazier lost four times and the great Sugar Ray Robinson lost 19 bouts. The bottom line is, they always fought the best to enhance their legacy, win or lose. If Mayweather retires undefeated without fighting Pacquiao, it will be a huge stain on his resume. A victory over Pacquiao on the path to 50-0 would do wonders for his all-time legacy.

Pacquiao Wants it

Pacquiao has constantly been "calling out" Mayweather on social media, television and even in the ring after his matches with other fighters. With 57 victories in his professional career, Pacquiao was also named "Fighter of the Decade" for the 2000s. Many boxing fans are still criticizing Pacquiao for his knockout loss against Juan Manuel Márquez in 2012. Pacquiao knows he has better power than Mayweather, and he wants to get in the ring with him.

Fans

If there's something that may convince Mayweather to face Pacquiao, it just might be ratings. More and more boxing fans aren't buying pay-per-view fights by Mayweather, or Pacquiao for that matter. The fans have made it loud and clear they don't want to see Mayweather face Amir Khan in 2015. Like Ric Flair used to say, "To be the man, you got to beat the man." It's time to give the fans what they want.

Money

If ratings and pay-per-view numbers can't convince both Mayweather and Pacquiao, there's a possibility that the color of green can. Floyd "Money" Mayweather loves his money, and a potential fight against Pacquiao would gross at least $300 million. Win or lose, Pacquiao has already agreed to accept the lower end of a 60-40 split, and Mayweather will end up rich regardless of the outcome.

Why They Won't Get in the Ring

Bob Arum

Mayweather and boxing promoter Bob Arum don't like each other. We all know that. The two were together from 1996 to 2006, but split up because of financial and personal reasons. Arum has intimidated Mayweather on numerous occasions saying he's "afraid to fight a southpaw" and scared to fight Pacquiao. If Mayweather and Pacquiao do fight, Arum would benefit financially big time. Why should Mayweather let Arum profit from his fight? For Mayweather and Pacquiao to get in the ring, Arum may have to get out of the way.

Mayweather's Demands

Many boxing fans are wondering if Mayweather truly wants this fight. He has a lot more to lose than Pacquiao, considering he hasn't lost in his career. Whether it's the location, the split, the drug testing or the date, the Pacquiao camp has to keep adjusting to Mayweather's wants and desires. So far the highest offer we've heard from the Mayweather camp is $40 million, just 13 percent. It looks like we've still got a way to go.

Time is Running Out

Mayweather is 37 years old. Pacquiao is 36 years old. Let's be honest, neither boxer is in the prime of their careers, and 2015 is the last chance for a quality fight between these two. We should have seen both Mayweather and Pacquiao fight years ago with a rematch in place, but at this point, boxing fans just want to see them duke it out once while they still have a lot left in the tank.
