Surveillance video of a ghostly shadow may be proof that an Idaho high school is haunted. Paranormal experts are convinced that video footage captured a ghost roaming the halls of Pocatello High School during the school's winter break in December.

In the video, a dark shadow shaped in the form of an adult can be seen against the water fountain and walking over to the bathroom. It then walks back out and down the hallway, while the lights in the hallway flash on and off. The mysterious figure can also been emerging from one of the doorways, reports Q13FoxNews.

Renowned paranormal experts John and Lisa Brian, the co-founders of the Scientific Paranormal Investigative Research Organization, say they were called in to analyze the spooky clips.

"We have watched it multiple times and even slowed it down and really analyzed it. It's a really great piece of footage," Lisa told ABC 8. "You can just see the lights going on and off. The police were called because of these issues going on in the building. All of that just goes to show that it wasn't something someone just put on there, but instead it was something that really happened."

According to John and Lisa, there is no possible way someone could have tampered with the raw surveillance footage.

"You can see that it's not necessarily a person, but more so a translucent figure walking down the hall," John said, referring to the bizarre video.

Other video recorded over the Christmas vacation also show the hallways lights switching on and off at random times. Plus, students have reported that they heard the bathroom toilets flushing when no one is inside of the bathroom.

The ghost hunters say the ghost-like shadow could be connected to the school's tragic history, which includes several deaths and suicide. The school also burned down in 1914 and was then rebuilt.
