Now that filming for Quentin Tarantino's eighth feature-length motion picture "The Hateful Eight" is underway, Samuel L. Jackson is sharing news of the fun he's having behind-the-scenes. The veteran actor and "The Hateful Eight" cast member took to social media to help whet appetites before the movie is distributed by the Weinstein Company and hits cinemas Nov.13, 2015.

Jackson started by posting four new behind-the-scenes photos from the film's shooting location in Colorado between Sunday, Jan. 11 and Thursday, Jan. 15. Posted to Jackson's Facebook page, one picture shows the actor posing for a selfie in a hoary, snow white village.

Another snapshot reveals "The Hateful Eight" director Quentin Tarantino, reffered to in the caption as "QT"  flashing a peace sign and "Having a Blast at 11,000 ft.," the caption says.

Another picture shows a horse drawn carriage crossing a frozen tundra.

Finally, Jackson shared a picture of frosted pine trees as far as the eye can see.

According to the Centennial State's 9News, the photographs are from the 900-acre Schmid Ranch outside of Telluride, Colorado. Production for Tarantino's eighth motion picture reportedly eceived $5 million in incentives from Colorado to film there, despite the narrative of the film taking place in Wyoming.

On Dec. 10,Jackson confirmed that filming had commenced by tweeting a selfie with the caption, "And it begins!"

Recently, two-time Academy Award-winner Christoph Waltz went on record that he will not be appearing in the next Tarantino effort, and perhaps, not another film of the director's, saying in an interview with Moviefone that he refused to be a groupie.

"Like I said, a group in and of itself ... You know, groupies are groupies. That's their function, but since I'm not a groupie, I have to have something to do in the group," he said. "And if I don't have anything to do in the group, hey ... It has to be right. It's nice to be part of a group, but it needs to be right. You have to have a proper place, and just to be in the group for group dynamic's sake is, to me, I find it extremely frustrating."
