After recently announcing the release date for his upcoming album, Rick Ross reveals that his next single off "Mastermind" will feature fellow emcee, Jay Z. The Maybach Music Group founder plans on dropping the single in November and offers his insight into the new album.

"I got the concert coming. The album, December 17. I'm releasing a new record myself. Jay Z, top of next month. We following up with the one that the streets really appreciate right now. So, we doing it big," Rozay talks about his future plans.

This certainly is not the first time the two great rappers are collaborating on a record together. Rick Ross has featured in Boi-1da-produced "FuckWithMeYouKnowIGotIt" from Jay Z's latest album, "Magna Carta Holy Grail." Also, Jay Z has appeared on "3 Kings" from Ross' album, "God Forgives, I don't."

The Miami rapper has shared about his respect towards the Brooklyn rapper, and the relationship that they have since 2006.

"Me coming into the game in '06 off of my first single, which caused a big war, at the end of the day, it was the conversations I had with Jay Z that ultimately made me choose Def Jam Records," says Ross. "Ever since then, I always came to the table with new records to let him check me. From my second album, to my third and fourth, anytime I needed a collaboration, he always made it happen. He's been out of the country [for] some events, I've [called] him last minute and he made it happen. So there's was always been that genuine respect."

In addition, Rozay explains the album title. "It's all about coming from wherever you come from and take it wherever you want to go," he says. And the minute you do that that's when you can consider yourself a mastermind."

Rick Ross' forthcoming sixth studio album, "Mastermind," is set for a release on December 17. He already has dropped his Future-assisted single, "No Games." Although the rapper has not revealed the name of his upcoming single with Jay Z, he has mentioned that he plans to drop "The Devil Is A Lie" next month, which seems to serve as the album's second single.

"We're pushing the envelop once again and it's just one of those records I can't wait for it to hit the streets," says Ross. "We went in another direction but it's just one of those records that's gonna speak for itself and everybody's gonna have their opinion of it."
