Tomas Berdych and Andy Murray have advanced to the 2015 Australian Open semifinals, and two others will join them in Day 10 of the men's tournament on Tuesday night in Melbourne, Australia.

Defending champion Stanislas Wawrinka of Switzerland will look to move one step closer to winning his second consecutive Australian Open title when he collides with Kei Nishikori of Japan in the quarterfinals.

Wawrinka, who defeated 14-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal in the 2014 Australian Open final, is coming off a 7-6 (2), 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 (8) victory against Guillermo Garcia-Lopez of Spain. Nishikori, the 2014 U.S. Open runner-up, defeated ninth seed David Ferrer of Spain in the fourth round 6-3, 6-3, 6-3.

Wawrinka will be considered as a slight favorite heading into his showdown with Nishikori, but the fourth-seeded Swiss said there should no room for complacency against his Japanese foe.

"He's a tough, tough player. He improved a lot last year," Wawrinka said of Nishikori. "Played against him in U.S. Open, five-set match. Practice with him before the tournament. He's a great shot maker. He can make winner. Doesn't matter, he's always taking the ball really early. It's always tough to play against him."

Meanwhile, tournament favorite Novak Djokovic of Serbia will collide with Milos Raonic of Canada in the last of four quarterfinal matches on the men's side.

Djokovic was bothered by illness earlier in the tournament, but the top-seeded Serb has been on a roll as he has yet to drop a set in four matches. The 27-year-old scored a 6-4, 7-5, 7-5 victory against unseeded Gilles Muller of Luxembourg in the fourth round.

Djokovic does not expect an easy match against Raonic, who needed five sets to defeat Feliciano Lopez in the fourth round. Djokovic said he is familiar with Raonic having played and practiced with him over the past several months, and he knows the 24-year-old is capable of pulling off an upset against him.

On the women's side, top seed Serena Williams of the United States will face 11th seed Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia. The winner of their match will face the winner of the other quarterfinal match between compatriots Madison Keys and Venus Williams of the United States.

The match between Venus Williams and Keys is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. EST at Rod Laver Arena, which will be followed by the Williams-Cibulkova, Wawrinka-Nishikori and Djokovic-Raonic matches, respectively.
