Following his divorce from estranged wife Kris Jenner in 2013, Bruce Jenner reportedly been taking estrogen hormones, and a new reality series is expected to document his transition into a woman.

According to the latest issue of Us Weekly, Bruce, who was spotted out in public wearing a bra and Spanx, had already started getting plastic surgery and began his sex change when he met Kris in the early '90s. However, his then-girlfriend talked him out of it, and he had to put it on hold.

Now that he is no longer with Kris, the patriarch of the notorious clan is reportedly continuing with the transition: he had the Adam's apple surgery, started taking the female hormone pills, removed his leg hair, grew his hair long and began painting his nails.

Bruce even sparked lip injection rumors when he was photographed while driving on his way to an auto shop to drop off his Polaris RZR on Jan. 27. Daily Mail pointed out that he had seemingly fuller lips than from just hours before.

TMZ recently confirmed that E! has been filming a docu-series about Jenner's "journey" over the last few months.

"The footage is a very personal look from Bruce's vantage point of the process of changing," TMZ said. "Multiple sources say the documentary will include interaction with Bruce's kids and ex-wife Kris and how they are receiving the news."

Kris "lost it" hearing the news, while their children have been "extremely supportive," according to TMZ.

Kris was reportedly in Europe for Paris Fashion Week when the news of Bruce's docu-series on his transformation broke on the Internet.

"[Kris] immediately wants to get back home and sit everyone down and figure out what the hell is going on. She's preparing a family intervention and she means business!" an insider told HollywoodLife.com.

"Paris was supposed to be fun, but it's turned into Kris' worst nightmare because of all the drama back home and she's not there to control it. Kris understands Bruce has a story to tell, but she feels the girls need to let her in on what's going on with their father so she can help the situation. She's used to having the authority and knowing everything that's going on in her family's life but when it comes to Bruce and the phases and changes he's going through, she's in the dark."
