On Sunday, the first annual YouTube Music Awards was held in New York City. Rushmore's Jason Schwartzman and comedian/musician Reggie Watts hosted.

The YouTube Music Awards gave artists awards based on subscriber views, comments, likes and subsciptions made since Sept. 2012, VIBE reports.

The 90-minute award show featured performances by Eminem, Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire, M.I.A., Earl Sweatshirt and Tyler the Creator, Avicii and Lindsey Stirling as they performed live from London, Moscow, New York City, Rio de Janeiro, Seoul and Tokyo.
