On the latest episode of "Marriage Boot Camp," Heidi Montag announced that she had forgiven her "The Hills" co-star Lauren Conrad for ruining her life.

During the episode, the participants were asked to forgive those who have hurt them in the past. Montag chose to forgive Conrad and directed a message to her during the therapy exercise.

"I was the best friend you've ever had," Montag said. "Lauren, I forgive you for being so insecure in your life and so frustrated for everything that you went through that you felt like you had to blame it on me because that was easier. I forgive you for trying to ruin my life."

Montag was then asked if she was sure that she had completely forgiven Conrad.

"I forgive you for everything. I just don't want to have this with you anymore. I do love you despite everything you've done for me. I do," Montag replied.

Us Weekly reports that Montag and Conrad have had a tumultuous past that stemmed from a lie Montag told while the two appeared on "The Hills." Montag and her current husband, Spencer Pratt lied and claimed Conrad made a sex tape with her then-boyfriend, Jason Wahler. When Conrad confronted Montag about the lie, the argument exploded into an epic meltdown that the "The Hills" producers captured on television. From that point on, Montag and Pratt became infamously known as the most villainous couple on reality television.

Conrad has yet to respond to Montag's public plea of forgiveness.

News of Montag's forgiveness comes on the heels of her father, Bill Montag, being accused of sexual child abuseEarlier this month, Bill Montag was arrested at his place of work at Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club, and has since been suspended from his job following the sexual abuse allegations.

A press release from the Aspen Police Department has been obtained by People and reads that he has been charged with "three counts of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust, and one charge of aggravated incest."

Despite the charges, Heidi and her family vehemently deny the allegations.
