Mexican actress Angelique Boyer is saying goodbye to photo shoots in the nude, People en Español reported. The 26-year-old telenovela star had taken off her clothes in 2008 for the Mexican men's magazine "H Para Hombres," known for its revealing spreads featuring popular actresses, singers and models.

But in an interview the protagonist of "Teresa" gave the local television program "Hoy" on Wednesday, she said her focus is now elsewhere.

"No, I better exercise a lot and (pose for) sports magazines," Boyer said to "Hoy". "I already did all of those," she noted with reference to the more racy pictures. "I already did them, I already got tired of them, and from now on no more."

That, however, does not mean that Boyer plans to hide her sensual side, as TV Notas revealed last month, when the French-born actress noted she would like to be a part of a Latino version of E.L. James' "Fifty Shades of Grey."

"Obviously, I loved the character of Anastasia because all women can see themselves in her; she's a very emblematic character and of course, as an actress, I would love to portray iconic characters," she said in an interview with Reforma.

Boyer also had a favorite choice for the Christian Grey character: boyfriend Sebastián Rulli. She wanted the Argentine actor and model to star alongside her. The relationship with the 39-year-old is moving along smoothly, Boyer told "Hoy," though she prefers to take things slow and stay away from the media circus.

Fans who were hoping that the star of "Abismo de Pasión" and "Lo Que la Vida me Robó" would soon return to television screens might have show a little patience as Boyer said her next project might take a while. Something, though, is in the works, the actress assured her followers.

In the meantime, some private matters are on the star's mind: The recent death of Boyer's mother has once again brought together her family, she noted, which today is "more united than ever." And the actress is looking forward to September when her brother is set to get married.
