Sharon Osbourne never holds back from saying anything.... I mean anything that is on her mind. It is no secret that the beautiful X Factor judge, wife to rock star Ozzy Osbourne and mother of Jack and Kelly Osbourne, has had some surgical help. This is one hot momma who would never cheat anyone's thoughts and will own up to the work she has had done.

On The Graham Norton Show on Friday night, Sharon had a tell-all session with host Graham Norton. She sat next to bad-boy Colin Farrell who seemed to have really woken up after Sharon answered a question with a very frisky answer. Graham Norton asked her which of her surgeries had been the most painful, Sharon replied: "Having my vagina tightened. It was the worst". The room broke out in laughter and shock as Colin Farrell hopped up on his seat looking at Sharon with the most clueless and surprised face ever! "Oh, it was excruciating" she added, then hugging Farrell jokingly saying: "I'll show you later". Comedian Jo Brand, who was also a guest on the show, laughed and said: "I did mine with a sewing machine". Sharon says that her husband is very happy with the surgery and that "it's back the way God wanted it to be".

The Osbourne matriarch has never been secretive about her surgeries, telling Anderson Cooper, American talk show host, once; "There's not one thing I haven't had lifted, cut or sewn back on". Even though Sharon has gone on a quest to look young forever she says her family doesn't want her undergoing anymore surgery unless she absolutely has too. As of now, Sharon says she is done. She also spoke about her husband Ozzy's recent relapse and how she "moved out". She explains that after he underwent a 12-step program and recovered she did not comeback. They are now happily back together as she says, "he stopped because he knows what he was going to lose, not just me but everything". What would Ozzy be without Sharon? They are indeed like "bread and butter" they "fit together perfectly".

She says that she regrets spending so much time being away from her children as her Ozzy "worked to maintain the lifestyle they had become accustomed too". But somehow, "Jack and Kelly came out just great". We have seen this family grow and go through so much. Gosh, what would America be without the Osbournes? Boring...that's what.
