Just a few hours after debuting his brand new track titled "Change Me," as part of his Music Monday series, Justin Bieber unveiled his latest visual for Diplo-produced single "All That Matters" on Monday, December 2. In the seductive music video, the "Beauty and a Beat" singer gets quite comfortable with a mystery beautiful blonde.

Bieber took Twitter to announce his fans and followers the release of the new visual.

"AllThatMattersMusicVideo tonight at 7pm est. a lot of things u aren't expecting are happing this month J" he wrote, followed by more tweets.

In the clip directed by Colin Tilley, the "Bad Day" singer seems like he is over all the heartache and pain, and has moved on from his previously failed romance because he now has found his new love interest (at least in the video). The visual begins as Justin Bieber goes shirtless, showing off his built physique while doing a pelvic-thrust dance move in a dimmed light setting.

The music video continues as his costar model Cailin Russo begins to strut some sexy poses, while the "Never Say Never" singer is dancing on a chair in the other room. The pair eventually gets dangerously close, face-to-face to each other and soon after, they end up having a serious make out session.

The 19-year-old singer recently explained the meaning behind "All That Matters" on Twitter.

"The lyrics of this song are pretty self-explanatory - when you fall in love with someone, that someone can make you feel whole," said Bieber.

"I feel like anyone who has been in love knows what I mean. The song conveys that being in love is one of the greatest feelings on earth. Love is all that matters. But the void you feel when that love goes away is gut-wrenching," he added.
