A handsome new hunk debuts on "Grey's Anatomy" Episode 18, "When I Grow Up," reports TVLine.

Who is the mystery man that will be capturing the hearts of our favorite Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital ladies?

His name is Jack Pruitt, played by "True Blood" alum Kevin Alejandro, and the network describes him as "strong, rugged and tall." If that's not enough reason for the women of "Grey's Anatomy" to swoon over him, add in the fact he is a police captain and looks yummy in a uniform.

Jack will enter the "Grey's" universe after two injured cops are rushed to the emergency room, which halts a visiting school field trip. To the relief of women everywhere, Jack won't be the officer in desperate need of medical care. From the promo images of "When I Grow Up," it's revealed that Jack sustains only a leg injury, one that Callie will be assigned to care for.

Could Callie caring for Jack lead to a new romance? Maybe. After all, Callie is no longer with Arizona and she has started dating. Jack could be rebound material. "You have to remember that Callie likes men as well," Sarah Ramirez, who plays Callie, told TVLine. "So... who knows?"

Alejandro's character reportedly has been confirmed for only one episode, which means Callie could have a one-night stand with him at most. Besides, she already has chemistry with a blonde woman Arizona nicknamed "Steak Knives" from Episode 16, "Don't Dream It's Over." Fans may recall that Callie shared a passionate kiss with the woman as Arizona watched from afar.

Meanwhile, Stephanie will find herself smitten with the school field trip chaperone played by "Hawaii Five-0" star Taylor John Smith.

Derek and Meredith reconcile after he gives a very compelling make up speech.

Amelia will have to face her feelings for Owen.

Episode 18 airs Thursday, April 2, 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
