After their performance of the rumba on Monday's "Dancing with the Stars" live taping, dance partners, Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson gushed about the performance and each other with E! News.

Herjavec described his performance with Johnson as "beautiful" while Johnson admitted that she was blown away by Herjavec'a passion for dance and excitement to learn the art form.

"I felt it, I felt it. I thought it was beautiful, I really did. Once we rehearsed it -- the idea of somebody like me, after six weeks, being able to perform something that beautiful with someone this beautiful, it just takes my breath away," Herjavec told E! News. "Dance is so beautiful and I'm just so in awe of what she's been able to get me to do and so grateful."

But despite their excitement over their performance went , E! News reports that the duo received an average score, coming in at 29 points. 

Herjavec and Johnson's Monday night rumba performance comes on the heels of the dancing duo suggesting that they are more than just friends.

"I love hanging out with Kym. She's a lot of fun to be with," Herjavec told Us Weekly, adding, "From the moment I met [Kym], we got along great. This is a very scary experience for me, and it's great to have somebody like Kym to go through it with."

"DWTS" pro-dancer Derek Hough also weighed in on the Herjavec-Johnson dating rumors. He described the couple as adorable and added that he thinks Herjavc is the perfect mate for Johnson.

"I think they're an adorable couple," Hough said.

He added, "Literally when Kym describes the kind of man that she's looking for, it's him! She's like, 'I need a guy like this and like this' and I'm like, 'Yo, that's him!' More power to them! I say yay to that."
