With all eyes on Adam and Kono for their impending marriage on the May 5 finale, "Hawaii Five-0" has set the stage for a spectacular season.

According to the TV Guide, in the Friday, April 10 episode, the body of a murdered Elvis impersonator has been stolen. The suspects: anyone that might have a vested interest in diamonds. The victim had the diamonds sewn into his costume and now the Five-O unit has to track down the suspects.

Just as Carter Matt pointed out: The problem is, the convention has so many Elvis look-a-likes that tracking down a suspect will prove to be more challenging than most may think. The episode also features the return of Gabriel Waincroft who enlists help from Chin with hopes of getting off the island.

Maybe you might be used to the run of the mill storyline progressing with characters throughout the series, but this episode may not progress those storylines too much for this year's super-sized season.

Last week, there was a rare opportunity to see a little more about Chi McBride's character, Lou Grover, as noted on Entertainment Weekly. After dining with his best friend from Chicago, who his visiting with his wife on their anniversary, Lou gets a call the next morning from the man saying his wife had fallen over a cliff.

Lou immediately starts to suspect his friend had murdered his wife and after evidence from his friend's phone (which he enlists his wife's help in procuring) convinces him he is right, he confronts him. Lou lets him know that he will eventually find the evidence, even willing to go to all the way to Chicago to prove it.

"Hawaii Five-O" has proven to lead us to exciting and new places with inventive storylines and exceptional characters. The two-hour Season 5 finale on CBS is scheduled to air on May 8 at 9 p.m. ET.
