While most action comedies takes viewers straight into the laughs, "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" likes to instill a little controversy into its stories.

News on the Season 2 finale, titled "Johnny and Dora," has been released, and needless to say, viewers might finally get to see Jake (Andy Samberg) experience a turnaround in that previously unrequited love he has long held for Amy (Melissa Fumero).

According to Spoilers Guide, there will definitely be a kiss when the two have to work closely together on a case, which involves a sting to catch an identity thief. They will get close during the operation and they kiss, maybe more than once, so who knows what it will lead to.

Someone will also be leaving the Nine-Nine. That does not necessarily mean they will be leaving the show though, just the Nine-Nine unit, or so it may appear. There were no details as to whom the character is, but fans will be able to find out when the finale airs on Fox on May 17.

One thing that is certain is that guest stars Kyra Sedgwick and Nick Cannon will be back. Cannon will be reprising his role as Marcus, Rosa's boyfriend.

But before the season ends, there will be plenty of laughs. On the May 26 episode, Jake will be off the job following an injury. Jake will be clueless on how to handle his life without the job.

The following week, Detective Majors (guest star Garret Dillahunt) works a case with Jake, much to his excitement since Majors has been someone he's been anxious to work with. He also makes Jake jealous when he reveals his intentions to ask Amy out.

The episode before the finale will feature Wuntch (guest star Kyra Sedgwick), who assigns a dream case to Jake. But Holt (Andre Braugher) becomes suspicious of her intentions, thinking Jake may be getting setup to fail.
