Actress and singer Rita Ora will reprise her role as Mia Grey in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel.

Although she had a small role, leaked emails show she will appear in the two sequels.

Leaked Sony emails published by WikiLeaks reveal Ora's agent in Los Angeles, Franklin Latt, confirmed last year Ora would continued with the franchise. He sent the email to former Sony CEO Amy Pascal, introducing Ora and providing attachments with her work history.

"Excited for you to meet Rita Ora tomorrow. We all sat with her today and she's an incredible spark," he wrote.

He then pointed out the British singer's burgeoning Hollywood career: "Having just worked with Sam Taylor Wood and Antoine Fuqua, she'd love to continue working with great artists and find unique-strong female characters along the way."

The email confirmed Ora would continue as Mia Grey along side Jamie Dornan (Christian Grey) and Dakota Johnson (Anastasia Steele) in the upcoming sequel, "Fifty Shades Darker."

According to the Mirror, the actor had some hard times with the trilogy's author, E.L. James, but had been recruited by Sam Taylor-Johnson, who directed the first film. However, she resigned because of friction with James.

"This is obviously pre Sam leaving but Rita's dream is to have a career as a Hollywood actress so is hoping it still happens," a source close to the singer said about the emails.

The actress has been criticized for the few lines she had in the first film, but she defended herself while also explaining how good of an opportunity "Fifty Shades of Grey" was.

"Everyone is going to have their own opinions," she said at the time. "But for me this was such a great cameo to be involved in, and even though I'm only in it for a little bit, it's opened the door to a lot of movie things that I haven't actually announced yet."

"I have the bug, for real. Fifty Shades was a moment of cameo and a really good wake-up call," she continued.
