Samsung Galaxy S6 Review Summary: Pros, Cons, Specs Info to Know; Why It's Being Dubbed an iPhone Killer

According to PC Advisor, the new Galaxy S6 is perhaps the very best on the market with excellent design and quality features.

Although it certainly looks more like the iPhone than the S5, it definitely does not have that dimpled plastic rear. More to the point, it is still genuine Samsung. But one thing that is lacking, as opposed to the features of the S5, is the waterproof feature -- although you won't need to fiddle with that plastic flap each time your phone would need to be charged.

It also does not have a microSD, but they still come in 32, 64 and 128-gigabyte options. That's coupled with 100 GB of space from OneDrive and unlimited Google Photos storage. So why not trade one in for a better, more powerful version?

The battery has also lost 250mAh of capacity, but it does feature super fast charging and built in wireless charging (which is not really that fast). The other bad side to this is that it does not have a removable battery.

This phone does however have several very attractive features that may surpass the demand for an iPhone. For instance, it offers the best looking design yet with no dimpled plastic rear cover. Instead it has employed the Gorilla Glass 4 back panel accompanied by an aluminum chassis.

The rear camera is also centrally located, which is a big plus over the iPhone 6. It is 6.8mm thick and weighs 138g, which both are actually bigger than the iPhone 6.

It features a heart rate scanner, which is unique to Samsung and also now has touch recognition. But where it definitely has the iPhone 6 beat is the Quad HD screen with super high resolution. That basically means there are 2560x1440 pixels on a 5.1-inch screen and a pixel density of 577ppi. That means they even have a sharper picture than LG G3.
