A humorous missing persons report of Janet Jackson has been floating around Twitter in attempt to sway her back into the music scene, People reports.

The mock missing persons report was created by Twitter user @myvelvetrope and has since been retweeted by many of Jackson's fans.

In the report, @myvelvetrope writes a plea for Jackson to return to the music industry and make a comeback.

"Seriously Janet, where the hell are you? We NEED you back. We miss you. Your fans miss you. THE MUSIC INDUSTRY NEEDS you. Come back and show these young whippersnappers how it's done! We're not asking, we're BEGGING!" @myvelvetrope writes.

Janet later responded to the report with a brief Twitter message writing, "LOL. Too funny, too sweet," though she did not say when she would return to music.

E! News reports that Jackson has been keeping a low profile since tying the knot with billionaire Wissam Al Mana in 2012. Since then, Jackson remained out of the headlines and out of paparazzi photos.

She was last photographed attending the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience Gala Dinner in October 2014, Entertainment Tonight reports.

Jackson has also been on hiatus with her music. Her last original studio album "Discipline" was released in 2008.

In addition to keeping a low profile in the media and in music, Jackson has also kept quiet on social media. Her reply to the missing persons report marks her second time tweeting in 2015.

Though Jackson has not publicly confirmed her return to music, her fans are desperately trying to sway her to make that decision.

According to E! News, the Janet Jackson mock report has been retweeted by her fans over 300 times.
