Oh-oh -- Latin superstars Jennifer Lopez and ex-husband Marc Anthony are being sued over their reality show Q'Viva! The Chosen. John Jacobs has filed a lawsuit in New York for $25 million claiming that J.Lo and Marc stole his idea for the show.

John Jacobs claims that in 2007 and 2008 he pitched an idea for a show that he called Miami Beach: The Game, to Jennifer and Marc's production companies. The idea was to have two well-known Latino celebrities travel around the world searching for the next big superstar. Sound familiar? In the show Q'Viva! Jennifer and Marc travel the world looking for talented dancers, singers and musicians.

I personally just tuned in to watch the tension between the exes, but that's another topic. According to TMZ, Jacobs is claiming that Marc Anthony Productions and J.Lo's Nuyorican Productions initially expressed an interest in the show before eventually ignoring his phone calls. He says he was in total shock when, some years later, he started to see the promotions for the power couple's new show on Univision.

In the lawsuit, John writes, "The [shows] were so similar that they were twins". He said he tried to get in contact with both Jennifer's and Marc's companies, as well as Univision, to try to figure it all out but, he never heard back.

After a year of torture as he saw his alleged idea making millions on television, he decided to sue. Neither Nuyorican Productions or Marc Anthony Productions have commented on the $25 million lawsuit. The superstars haven't released any statement about this either. Seems like either someone has some serious explaining to do or this Jacobs guy is a very ballsy liar. Guess we get to see Jennifer and Mark together again... in a courtroom.

What do you think? Do you think J.Lo and Marc Anthony would steal someone's idea?
