Clint Eastwood is playing dirty and reportedly asked a judge to deny his soon-to-be ex Dina any spousal support per a TMZ report! The Dirty Harry star was married to bombshell Dina for nearly two decades, but their 17-year marriage crumbled in June 2012. Eastwood and his vast fortune should be safe though. A clear-as-day pre-nup exists and those are usually pretty ironclad.

While the spousal support situation is sure to heat up in the courtroom, a far more important battle lies ahead for the bitter Husband and Wife -- child custody! Morgan Eastwood is 16 years old and is apparently being used as a pawn. Dina wants full custody of Morgan while Clint has filed documents petitioning for joint physical custody.

Dina filed for a legal separation from Clint in September, only to file for a dismissal in Monterey County Superior Court two days later. The reasons behind the reversal were unclear at the time since the couple was still living apart. Then, in October, Dina went back to court to file paperwork for a full-blown divorce.

Perhaps for the sake of their daughter, Morgan Dina took to Twitter to defend her husband after he was spotted at Los Angeles International Airport with a mysterious blond woman. News sites gleefully played up accusations that Eastwood was cheating on his wife. While Dina didn't outright deny the affair, she was at least willing to help quell the backlash.

"I don't like reading negative things about Clint. He is a wonderful, good natured, brilliant person. No matter what, I attest to that."

In December, Dina was a guest on Bethenny Frankel's TV show and let viewers know a details about her home life.

"I'm not a crier. I don't get shaken up by things." She said her plan now is to "not cry three days at a time."

The impending divorce isn't all bad news though. Apparently the Eastwood children are warming up to the idea that civil, yet divorced, parents are better than bitter, together parents as Dina mentioned on Bethenny's program.

"[T]hey are getting a fun version of dad and a more chill version of mom and life is good for the kids. They are pretty happy," said Dina.
